LCCC SEXUAL ABUSE AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT REPORTS

To report an incident of sexual abuse or sexual harassment on behalf of an offenders please contact (219) 755-3850 ext. 360,  (877) 385-5877 or IDOCPREA@idoc.in.gov.  

Reporting parties please note the following:

  • The allegation will be discussed with the victim named in the report.
  • The allegation will be disclosed only to those who need to know to ensure victim safety and to investigate the allegation.
  • Please include the following information, if known, when reporting sexual abuse or sexual harassment:
    1. Date of the alleged incident
    2. Victim’s name and Date of Birth
    3. All alleged perpetrators name 
    4. Location of alleged incident
    5. Any other information provided regarding the incident
